Over the past twenty five years Brett has garnered multiple ADDYS, TELLYS, & an EMMY AWARD for his work on a multitude of commercial campaigns.

Other awards to his credit include: BEST MINI SHORT, CALIFORNIA INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL, THE TEXAS FILMMAKER'S SHOWCASE exhibited at the prestigious DIRECTOR'S GUILD OF AMERICA, THE DEEP ELLUM FILM FESTIVAL of Dallas, and THE AUSTIN FILM FESTIVAL for his short film, "DEAD END".

He was an honorary guest at the IDYLLWILD FILM FESTIVAL, AFI / SAG CONSERVATORY for his work on his debut feature film "BONE DRY", received an IAWTV EMMY NOMINATION for his series Ain't It Cool With Harry Knowles; as well as an official selection for the 28th DALLAS VIDEO FESTIVAL.

Most Recently Hart won BEST DIRECTOR at the 2021 CULVER CITY FILM FESTIVAL, GLOBAL FILM FEST LOS ANGELES, CANNES WORLD FILM FESTIVAL for "COFFEE WITH EXES" which has also Won 28 AWARDS, including BEST ACTRESS, BEST PRODUCER, BEST ENSEMBLE CAST, BEST EDITOR and BEST COMEDY.
